Measure vapour recovery. Without the paperwork.
Built in-house!PetroControl VAP is our own tester for wet measurement of vapour recovery to SN EN 16321-2, method B. Developed, calibrated and supported in Wallenwil – by people who test vapour recovery themselves.

HOW IT WORKS
Four steps to the receipt.
- 01Select the systemChoose fuelling point 1–99 and up to 6 fuels – right on the 7" touchscreen, even with gloves on.
- 02Fuel & measureWhile fuelling, the device shows flow rate and gas volume live.
- 03Read & printRead the recovery rate and print the receipt on site on 58 mm thermal paper.
- 04Save as PDFSave the test report as a PDF via the device's own Wi-Fi – archive-proof and no retyping.
BENEFITS
Fewer pens. More certainty.
- No more manual entries – readings come straight from the device
- Archive-proof PDF straight from the device
- Calibration warning so no deadline slips by
- 7" touchscreen, glove-friendly
- 50 measurements in memory, reprintable at any time
- Rugged case and 18 V swappable battery
- On-site training

THE RECEIPT
Everything the inspector wants to see.
The 58 mm thermal receipt shows fuelling point, product, ambient temperature, fuel and gas volume and the recovery rate.
Plus system, address and testing company, serial numbers and calibration, date, time, measurement number and a signature field.

LEGAL BASIS
We measure what the law requires.
LRVClean Air OrdinanceLRV Annex 2 No. 33: max. 10 % emission, 95 % volumetric recovery rate. The required recovery rate is 93–107 %.
SN EN 16321-2Wet measurement, method BThe device works to the standard for testing vapour recovery systems at filling stations.
EnforcementFOEN, AGVS & Cercl'AirThe basis is the FOEN enforcement guide, the AGVS filling station inspectorate and Cercl'Air recommendation No. 22.

OPTIONS
A little bit more?
OptionBack-pressure testChecks the back pressure in the return path – with a clear result: pass or fail.
OptionPulse outputFor self-regulating systems: replaces the Bürkert bellows meter – for the Bürkert handheld terminal or the Gilbarco FB1 terminal.
We test vapour recovery ourselves. So we built the device we wanted to use.
